We reserve the right to terminate your message board access at any time without notice for any reason, including, in the case of the User Agreement, for your violation of any of its provisions. The Limitation of Liability and Governing Law Sections of this User Agreement survive any such termination.

This User Agreement is governed by the laws of Hong Kong, SAR applicable to contracts made and performed there without regard to its conflicts of law principles. You agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Hong Kong, SAR and waive any jurisdictional, venue or inconvenient forum objections to such courts. You further agree that in the event of any claim, lawsuit or proceeding relating to this Agreement or the Website, the prevailing party shall be awarded costs and fees (including reasonable attorney's fees).

This Agreement (and any agreement, rule, or policy relating to the Bigfoot Services) may be modified by us at any time by publication through the Site. YOU ARE RESPONSIBLE FOR REGULARLY REVIEWING THE WEBSITE TO OBTAIN TIMELY NOTICE OF SUCH MODIFICATIONS. USER SHALL BE DEEMED TO HAVE ACCEPTED SUCH MODIFICATIONS BY CONTINUING TO USE THE SITE A AFTER SUCH MODIFICATIONS HAVE BEEN POSTED.

If any provision of this Agreement is invalid or unenforceable under applicable law, such provision will be deemed modified to the extent necessary to render such provision valid and enforceable and the other provisions of this Agreement will remain in full force and effect. Our failure to exercise or enforce any right or provision of this Agreement shall not constitute a waiver of such right or provision. This Agreement may only be amended by us.
