Sue the Airlines is committed to protecting the privacy of visitors to our website and Users. Sue the Airlines collects information in different ways from visitors and users who access the various parts of our services. We use this information primarily to provide you a better experience as you use our services and, generally, do not share this information with third parties without prior consent except as compelled by law as described further below.

Further, personally identifiable information posted in online bulletin boards, chat rooms, news groups or other public forums may be displayed publicly.

We may ask for additional personal information when you provide feedback or comments, or otherwise communicate with us. From time to time, we may ask for personal information on other portions of the site, such as asking you to sign a petition, participate in a contest, or provide prior art for a patent busting project.

Sue the Airlines may use cookies to collect, store, and sometimes track information for statistical purposes to improve the services we provide and to manage our telecommunications networks. Sue the Airlines search capability is provided by a third-party search engine, which is currently Google. From time to time, Sue the Airlines may work with third-party consultants or other service providers who may have access to personally identifiable information. Sue the Airlines' site provides links to a wide variety of third-party websites. Sue the Airline is not responsible for, and does not have any control over, the privacy practices or the content of such third parties. We encourage users to read the privacy policies of any website visited.

When visitors or users send email inquiries to Sue the Airlines, the return email address is used to answer the email inquiry we receive. Sue the Airlines does not use the return email address for any other purpose and does not share the return email address with any third party.

Sue the Airlines reserves the right to change, modify, add or remove portions of our Privacy Policy at any time without prior notice. Please periodically review our Privacy Policy for changes. YOU ARE RESPONSIBLE FOR REGULARLY REVIEWING THE SUE THE AIRLINES WEBSITE TO OBTAIN TIMELY NOTICE OF SUCH MODIFICATIONS. YOU SHALL BE DEEMED TO HAVE ACCEPTED SUCH MODIFICATIONS BY CONTINUING TO USE THE SERVICES AFTER SUCH MODIFICATIONS HAVE BEEN POSTED. We may periodically conduct visitor and/or user surveys. We encourage our visitors and users to participate in these surveys because they provide us with important information that helps us to improve the types of services we offer and how we provide them to you. Your personal information and responses will remain strictly confidential, even if conducted by a third party. Participation in our surveys is voluntary.

We take the information we receive from individuals responding to our surveys and combine (or aggregate) it with the responses of others to create broader, generic responses to the survey questions (such as specialty, types of litigation, city, forms most commonly used, types of clients, or other demographic information). We then use the aggregated information to improve the quality of our services to you, and to develop new services and products. This aggregated, non-personally identifying information may be shared with third parties.

Services and websites we sponsor have security measures in place to protect the loss, misuse, and alteration of the information under our control. While we make every effort to ensure the integrity and security of our network and systems, we cannot guarantee that our security measures will prevent third-party "hackers" from illegally obtaining this information.
