Introduction:

Sue the Airlines is committed to protecting the privacy of visitors to our website and Users. Sue the Airlines collects information in different ways from visitors and users who access the various parts of our services. We use this information primarily to provide you a better experience as you use our services and, generally, do not share this information with third parties without prior consent except as compelled by law as described further below.

Information Gathered by Sue the Airlines' Site:

For visitors to our website, we may, but generally do not, log standard technical information, such as the numerical Internet protocol (IP) address of the computer you are using; the browser software you use and your operating system; and the Internet address of the website from which you linked directly to our site. Circumstances in which we temporarily log standard technical information include conducting site testing, diagnosis of technical problems, and defending against attacks on the site. We generally do log the date and time users access our site on an anonymous basis.

In addition, Sue the Airlines collects and retains information you submit to us. It is up to you whether to submit information to us, and how much information to provide. If you choose to become a Sue the Airlines member we ask for your name, email address, city, state, postal code, country of residence, and phone number, and we may invite you to select a password. Reasonable steps are taken when collecting, creating, maintaining, using and disclosing personal information, to assure that the data is accurate and complete for the purposes for which it is to be used. Further, personally identifiable information posted in online bulletin boards, chat rooms, news groups or other public forums may be displayed publicly.

We may ask for additional personal information when you provide feedback or comments, or otherwise communicate with us. From time to time, we may ask for personal information on other portions of the site, such as asking you to sign a petition, participate in a contest, or provide prior art for a patent busting project.

"Cookies" and How Sue the Airlines Uses Them:

A "cookie" is a small data file that can be placed on your hard drive when you visit certain web sites. Sue the Airlines may use cookies to collect, store, and sometimes track information for statistical purposes to improve the services we provide and to manage our telecommunications networks. These cookies do not enable third parties to access any of your customer information. Advertisers and partners may also use their own cookies. We do not control use of these cookies and expressly disclaim responsibility for information collected through them.

Sue the Airlines Partners and Sponsors:

Some Sue the Airlines services are offered to visitors and users in conjunction with a nonaffiliated partner. To provide visitors and users some of these products and services, the partner may need to collect and maintain personal information. In these instances, you will be notified before any such data is collected or transferred and may decide not to use that particular service or feature.

Third-Party Service Providers:

Sue the Airlines search capability is provided by a third-party search engine, which is currently Google. Information submitted to the search function is not collected by Sue the Airline, but may be collected by the search engine provider, subject to the search engine provider's privacy policy. Sue the Airline may change the search engine provider from time to time.

From time to time, Sue the Airlines may work with third-party consultants or other service providers who may have access to personally identifiable information. In such cases, we will restrict their use of personally identifiable information in accordance with their assigned tasks and subject to the limitations of this privacy policy.

Sue the Airlines' site provides links to a wide variety of third-party websites. Sue the Airline is not responsible for, and does not have any control over, the privacy practices or the content of such third parties. We encourage users to read the privacy policies of any website visited.

Disclosure of Your Information:

While Sue the Airlines endeavors to provide the highest level of protection for your information, we may disclose personally identifiable information about you to third parties in limited circumstance, including: (1) with your consent; or (2) when we have a good faith belief it is required by law, such as pursuant to a subpoena or other judicial or administrative order.

If we are required by law to disclose the information that you have submitted, we will attempt to provide you with notice (unless we are prohibited) that a request for your information has been made in order to give you an opportunity to object to the disclosure. We will attempt to provide this notice by email, if you have given us an email address, or by postal mail if you have entered a postal address. If you do not challenge the disclosure request, we may be legally required to turn over your information.

Special Cases:

It is Sue the Airlines' policy not to use or share the personal information about visitors of users in ways unrelated to the ones described above without also providing you an opportunity to opt out or otherwise prohibit such unrelated uses. However, Sue the Airlines may disclose personal information about visitors, users, or information regarding your use of the services or web sites accessible through our services, for any reason if, in our sole discretion, we believe that it is reasonable to do so, including: to satisfy laws, such as the Electronic Communications Privacy Act, regulations, or governmental or legal requests for such information; to disclose information that is necessary to identify, contact or bring legal action against someone who may be violating our Acceptable Use Policy or other user policies; to operate the services properly; or to protect Sue the Airlines and our users.

When visitors or users send email inquiries to Sue the Airlines, the return email address is used to answer the email inquiry we receive. Sue the Airlines does not use the return email address for any other purpose and does not share the return email address with any third party.

Revisions to Our Policies:

Sue the Airlines reserves the right to change, modify, add or remove portions of our Privacy Policy at any time without prior notice. Please periodically review our Privacy Policy for changes. YOU ARE RESPONSIBLE FOR REGULARLY REVIEWING THE SUE THE AIRLINES WEBSITE TO OBTAIN TIMELY NOTICE OF SUCH MODIFICATIONS. YOU SHALL BE DEEMED TO HAVE ACCEPTED SUCH MODIFICATIONS BY CONTINUING TO USE THE SERVICES AFTER SUCH MODIFICATIONS HAVE BEEN POSTED. Any revision, amendment, or modification will be effective thirty (30) days after Sue the Airlines posts notice to users.

Where to Direct Questions About Sue the Airlines' Privacy Policy:

If you have any questions about this Privacy Policy or the practices described herein, you may contact: privacy.suetheairlines@gmail.com.

Voluntary Surveys:

We may periodically conduct visitor and/or user surveys. We encourage our visitors and users to participate in these surveys because they provide us with important information that helps us to improve the types of services we offer and how we provide them to you. Your personal information and responses will remain strictly confidential, even if conducted by a third party. Participation in our surveys is voluntary.

We take the information we receive from individuals responding to our surveys and combine (or aggregate) it with the responses of others to create broader, generic responses to the survey questions (such as specialty, types of litigation, city, forms most commonly used, types of clients, or other demographic information). We then use the aggregated information to improve the quality of our services to you, and to develop new services and products. This aggregated, non-personally identifying information may be shared with third parties.

Sue the Airlines' Commitment to Data Security:

Services and websites we sponsor have security measures in place to protect the loss, misuse, and alteration of the information under our control. While we make every effort to ensure the integrity and security of our network and systems, we cannot guarantee that our security measures will prevent third-party "hackers" from illegally obtaining this information.
