Either party may file an appeal for a new trial in Circuit Court within 14 days of entry of judgment. Attorneys are allowed.

If Defendant fails to answer timely or appear at trial default judgment may be entered. The court can set aside a default judgment for any reason within 14 days after entry. Defendant will not be deemed in default if made an appearance by filing a Motion to Dismiss. Plaintiff must be at least 19 years or older to file.
