If either party requests a jury trial or the court determines that justice requires it, then the case will be tried under formal rules of civil procedure and evidence.

Either party may file an appeal for a review of law, not facts, to Court of Appeals within 3 days of initial judgment.

No equitable relief. Limited discovery at the court's discretion. The court may refer cases to arbitration or mediation. Mediation is required for contested cases. Wednesday evening and Saturday morning hours available.
